How the coach works, what stays private, what it costs, and how organizations and partners get started.
Is Hydelogix just another chatbot?
No. Hydelogix is trained on your goals, culture, and content — and applies a consistent coaching methodology. It extends human coaches; it does not replace them.
Who is Hydelogix for?
Individuals seeking a personal AI business coach; organizations that want culture-aligned coaching at scale; and coaches, consultants, and training companies who want a white-label platform under their brand.
How does customization work?
We learn about you or your organization, then train Hydelogix on mission, vision, values, policies, leadership philosophy, frameworks, and content so every conversation reflects your world.
Is my data used to train external AI models?
No. Your organization's data stays private, secure, and under your control. It is never used to train external AI models.
How long does implementation take?
Most partners go live in 4–8 weeks, depending on content depth and customization. Enterprise timelines follow the same discovery → customization → launch → optimize process.
What does enterprise pricing look like?
One-time implementation starting at $5,000, plus an enterprise license of $180 per licensed user per year (minimum 10 users, 12-month agreement). Contact us for your organization's needs.
How does the partner / white-label program work?
A $5,000 one-time platform development fee covers branding, knowledge integration, and launch support. Ongoing platform cost is a 10% revenue share of monthly subscription revenue. You own client relationships and pricing.
Can we measure impact?
Yes. Organizations get analytics on active users, coaching conversations, topics, goals, departments, and satisfaction — so you can support people and prove the value of development.
What does an individual subscription include?
Unlimited access to your Adaptive Coach across all five modes, the Leadership Baseline assessment, programs, your growth timeline, and your private memory bank. Billing is monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled from Settings at any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspace is suspended, not deleted. Your conversations, memories, and progress stay in your account and are available again if you resubscribe.
Can my manager read my coaching conversations?
No. Organization administrators see aggregate engagement and outcome metrics only. Transcripts and memories are never shared with administrators or human coaches.
Does the AI replace a human coach?
No. The Adaptive Coach extends human coaching. When a human coach is assigned, you decide what they can see, and the AI hands off to them at the edges of coaching such as crisis, misconduct, or clinical concerns.
Which AI models power the coach?
The coach runs on frontier language models selected for reasoning quality, with the same grounding and no-fabrication contract regardless of provider. Your data is never used to train those models.
What is an ArcasyaAI account and why do I have one?
Hydelogix is built on the ArcasyaAI platform. Every Hydelogix account is paired with an ArcasyaAI LaunchpadOS account so you can sign in either way. Your coaching transcripts never leave Hydelogix; memory mirroring is off unless you turn it on.
