Is there a free trial for individuals?
Create an account first, then subscribe from Settings. Trial availability and the current price are shown at checkout.
How are organization seats counted?
Licensed seats are counted against active members plus pending invites. Administrators can add seats at any time; the minimum is ten.
What is included in the partner setup fee?
Branding, knowledge-base integration, content and framework upload, terminology customization, onboarding, administrator training, testing, and go-live support.
Can we pay annually?
Organization licenses are annual. Individual subscriptions are monthly. Partner revenue share is settled monthly.
