Pick the mode that matches the moment
The same coach, the same methodology, five different entry points. Choosing a mode tells the coach what a good outcome looks like today.
Coach Me
Open coaching on a live situation. The coach builds understanding before it recommends anything and closes with one commitment you state in your own words.
Practice With Me
A rehearsal. The coach plays the other person in a hard conversation as a reasonable human, then debriefs what landed, where clarity slipped, and one line to try next time.
Help Me Decide
Walk options and trade-offs without handing the decision away. The coach names what would have to be true for each path and asks which one you would defend.
Prepare Me
Pre-meeting readiness: purpose, audience, your first two sentences out loud, the hardest question you could face, and your walk-away line.
Reflect With Me
A post-event debrief that separates what happened from what you expected, names what worked, and saves the transferable lesson.
Switching mid-session
You can move between modes in one thread. A Prepare Me session often ends with an offer to practice the opening, and a Reflect With Me session can close an earlier commitment honestly, including when it was missed.
