Your vault
Every coachee has a private vault: conversations, memories, reflections, practice runs, and program progress. No administrator, manager, or human coach can read them.
What organizations see
- •Aggregate engagement: active coachees, session counts, commitment keep rate, goal completion, topic trends, and assessment deltas by department.
- •Never transcripts, never memories, never what an individual said.
- •The roster: who has a seat, who has been invited, and whether onboarding is complete.
Human coaches
A human coach only sees a coachee after the coachee accepts the assignment, and only the scopes they agreed to: profile summary, goals, commitments, or session cadence. Coach notes are readable by both the coach who wrote them and the coachee they are about.
Your data and AI models
Your data is used to coach you. It is never used to train external AI models. Individual accounts keep their data if a subscription lapses.
