The service
Hydelogix provides AI-assisted professional coaching for personal and organizational development. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or a human-resources process, and the coach will say so and point you to appropriate help when a conversation reaches those edges.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Organization workspaces are administered by the organization; administrators control seats and invitations, not the content of anyone's coaching.
Subscriptions and billing
Individual subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Organization licenses are annual with a minimum of ten seats and a one-time implementation fee. Partner arrangements carry a one-time setup fee and a monthly revenue share. Prices are shown before checkout.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful professional development. Do not attempt to access another user's or workspace's data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to harass, discriminate, or conceal misconduct. The coach declines requests to help build a case against a colleague or to mislead someone.
Your content and our content
You own the content you provide and the coaching record about you. Organizations own the curriculum they publish. Hydelogix owns the platform, methodology, and platform curriculum. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service, including sending your conversations to language-model providers to generate responses.
AI limitations
The coach grounds its responses in your context and states what it does not know, but it can still be wrong. You are responsible for decisions you make. Do not rely on the coach for emergencies; contact local emergency services.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may update the service and these terms; material changes are announced in the product or by email.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hydelogix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
